Aquinas continues to set academic records
March 11, 2021 @ 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

The Collegiate Dinner to begin the 2021 academic year allowed the entire Aquinas community to celebrate the remarkable academic achievements of 2020, easily the most outstanding in the College’s 71-year history.
Academic Director, Sarah Moller, spoke enthusiastically at the Dinner about the upward trends across several years now, and especially last year.
‘Our students are achieving significantly higher than our benchmark targets, even though these targets themselves are already quite ambitious,’ said Dr Moller. ‘We couldn’t be more pleased with how our academic program is going here at Aquinas. It is really quite extraordinary, especially in these COVID times.’
Aquinas is especially known for the breadth and strength of the academic support that it offers students, especially those beginning their studies at university.
Joining the students and staff of the College on the evening were guests of honour the Archbishop of Adelaide (Most Rev Patrick O’Regan), the Provincial of the Marist Brothers (Brother Peter Carroll), and the Chair of the SA Catholic Schools Commission (Prof. Denis Ralph).
The Dinner, held on Saturday 27 February, brought to a conclusion the O Week program in grand style.
