A Ball with a difference
The strangeness of an Aquinas Ball without dancing did not preclude students enjoying an evening of fun and glamour on Saturday 4th September.
Head of this year’s Ball Committee, Annie Maloney, reported that while COVID restrictions did not allow for students to dance, people valued the opportunity to have the Ball and they had a highly enjoyable evening.
‘We were back at The Pavilion this year,’ said Annie, ‘which proved to be a great venue. It looked sensational on the night.’
Fellow committee members, Estelle Paul and Grace Moloney, said that there was always much excitement surrounding the Ball.
‘The dressing up, the photos and the high spirits all make it,’ they agreed.
