HTC Tennis again comes down to the wire
With the weather dampening the courts, but not the Aquinas College spirit, fun was had on and off the courts at the HTC Tennis on Sunday 5 March.
The Aquinas Tennis Squad fought hard all day. The College to win the HTC Tennis Cup came down to the final game: the Men’s Doubles against St Marks. Sadly, we lost in a tie-breaker.
Off the court, an unorthodox game of French cricket kept everyone entertained between the games with all the boys: Freshers, Juniors and Seniors joining in as though they had been together for 3 years and not just 3 weeks! Murphy’s fielding was a highlight.
Well done to the Tennis squad, coached by Scarlett Tod and Josh Bright for a valiant effort.
