Pond Show a great success
How could it be anything but successful with a mild night, great performers, and a large crowd?
The Student Club, and many student volunteers, had worked tirelessly for weeks before the big night building, painting, booking, and finessing everything. The stages were set for the annual Pond Show on Saturday 6 April. The clash with the “Gather Round” of the AFL fortunately did not impact numbers. In fact, it added to the festivity of the night.
With two Stages, one featuring DJs and the other Acoustic performers, attendees had plenty of choice. The DJ lineup included Bling, Hazard, Dance Spare and the famous Stace Cadet, whilst the acoustic acts included Meg Carlan and Joey Haenen.
Student Club President, Josh Cornolo and Vice President, Mia Karlovassitis were pleased with the event and the fact that everyone’s hard work had created such a great event.
