Things to do in Isolation

You could easily sit in your room and watch Netflix for days on end, but we cannot stress enough the negative impacts this will have on not only your physical health, but also your mental well being. We are not saying no to watching Netflix but try and limit your screen time. Below is a list of many different things that you could do to keep busy but also your brain and body active.

  • Organise zoom session with friends

  • Learn a new skill (instrument, knitting, rubix cube)
  • Make a kahoot for you friends or house
  • Uni work/ assignments
  • Stretch
  • Write a journal
  • Make a travel list (where do you want to go when this is over)
