Aquinas Ball an elegant affair
Australia Post was relieved once the day of the Aquinas Ball arrived as the number of deliveries of new attire to 1 Palmer Place for both male and female students had stretched them logistically! The strain was obviously worth the end result with everyone looking fabulous.
Volunteer Ball Convenor, Alyssa Jones, did an amazing job, from possessing the imagination to select Plant 4 at Bowden as the venue to the native floral arrangements adorning the tables. Alyssa was ably assisted by Fresher, Grace Smallacombe and Vice President of the Student Club, Austin Rossi.
Alyssa commented she”…was thrilled with how beautiful the venue looked, that the shared food platters worked well, and that everyone really hit the dance floor early. I was relieved that it all came together so well.”
