Several students are employed by the College in leadership roles which, like the House Coordinators, are appointed by the Rector after an application and selection process. Three of these are members of the Academic Team led by the Academic Dean: the Senior Academic Tutors and the Student Administration Officer. The College Librarian is also a member of this team. The Senior Academic Tutors and the Student Administration Officer help to coordinate the Tutorial Programme, the Mentoring Programme, and the Academic Panels which run through the year.
The Outreach Coordinator is a member of the Campus Ministry Team, led by the Chaplain. Other members of this team are the Youth Minister and several students: the Chapel Music coordinator and three Youth Ministry Assistants. The Outreach Coordinator has responsibility for the College’s extensive service programme in which all students participate.
The Social Media and Marketing Assistant works with the Dean and the Rector to assist with regular posts to social media to promote the life of the College.
