Aquinas takes home the Debating High Table Cup
Eluding Aquinas for many years, often with the narrowest of margins, the coveted debating Cup has come back up to the top of the Hill.
Debated over two nights, the talented Aquinas debating teams consisted of Esther Juebner, Tom Cormack , Chelsea Wright, Oliver Corfield, James Gourley and Kirsten Rolt with the extended squad including Scarlett Tod, Callum Judd, Ross Armstrong, Matt Phelps, Ane Nel and Noah Waters, were victorious in the round robin competition between the Colleges, evidencing the depth of debaters at Aquinas.
Coaches Zoe Maloney and Michael Duffett were proud of the teams and the sportsmanship displayed by Aquinas at all times.
