Valete 2024 honoured 18 Valetants
The weather on Saturday 26 October certainly assisted our celebrations for our 2024 Valetants. With 18 students finishing their undergraduate degrees this year, the day and night was indeed action-packed.
A Service in Christchurch, led by the College Chaplain Fr Paul Ghanem, was attended by the whole College, the Valetants, their families and members of the Aquinas College Council. Valedictorian, Matthew Phelps, gave a heartwarming speech expressing gratitude to the College for the richness of his three years at Aquinas.
A whole College photo on the front lawns with pre-dinner drinks was followed by a delicious dinner and then a night of dancing in the Dining Room at College.
